Therapy For Teens
Adolescence can be a time of significant change, pressure, and uncertainty. In areas such as the Bay Area, these experiences are often intensified by strong academic, athletic, and performance expectations, along with a broader culture of competition and achievement.

I offer a private, non-judgmental space where teens can speak openly about what they are experiencing and begin to make sense of it with someone outside of their daily life.
This may include challenges related to academic or athletic performance, anxiety, peer relationships, bullying, communication, identity, gender, sexuality, or depression.Â
Â
Therapy provides an opportunity to talk through these experiences in a way that feels safe and free from judgment.

My approach is steady and engaged, with attention to helping teens feel understood while also developing a clearer sense of themselves and how they relate to others.
